Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position within the Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics (IOSA) area within the Department of Business Administration.
We seek candidates who will bring excellence to campus via outstanding research, teaching, and service. Candidates should conduct cutting‑edge research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business analytics, and digital transformation, with particular emphasis on applications in information systems, operations, and supply chain management. Priority will be given to candidates whose research leverages AI/ML methodologies, advanced analytics, and data‑driven decision making to solve contemporary business challenges.
Research methods of particular interest include machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and optimization. Experience with generative AI, large language models, automated decision systems, or AI ethics and governance is highly valued. We especially welcome candidates who can bridge traditional business disciplines with emerging AI and analytics applications. An ability to teach courses at graduate and undergraduate levels across multiple delivery formats (online, hybrid, in‑person) is essential, particularly in areas such as AI for Business, Machine Learning Applications, Business Analytics, Data Science, and related quantitative methods.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in information systems, business analytics, operations management, supply chain management, computer science, data science, or a closely related field with demonstrated expertise in AI and business analytics applications.
