TheJob at a Glance
The Manager of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on inventory management, service level performance, customer demand fulfillment, and supplier reliability. This role requires a proactive leader who can triage issues quickly, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with project management expertise to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
ATypical Day
- You’re the go-to problem solver—triaging supply chain disruptions, pinpointing root causes, and implementing fixes quickly.
- You turn data into action—building dashboards and reports that make KPIs like fill rate, lead time, and inventory turns crystal clear.
- You lead projects that matter—driving cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency, cut costs, and automate processes.
- You never stop improving—spotting opportunities to optimize and embed best practices across the supply chain.
- You stay ahead of demand—analyzing trends and ensuring products are available when customers need them.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related roles
- You’re an Excel wizard—pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling are second nature to you
- You know your way around ERP systems and supply chain planning tools like a pro
- You thrive on turning raw data into insights, with strong analysis and reporting skills that drive smart decisions
- You’re passionate about solving complex problems and have a track record of making sound, timely decisions
- You’re a project management powerhouse—bonus points if you hold a PMP certification
- You’re an exceptional communicator, able to connect with stakeholders at every level of the organization
- You sweat the details and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do
- You embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly when priorities shift or new challenges arise
- You excel at collaborating across diverse internal teams with varying priorities and can effectively align stakeholders toward shared organizational goals

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $99,669.02 - $ annually, based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
