Looking for a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M+
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects,
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
- Review shop drawings, submittals, material takeoffs, and contract documents
- Coordinate field crews, installation schedules, and resolve site issues proactively
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
- Work closely with estimators, engineers, and operations to transition awarded projects into execution
- 2+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, or exterior façade systems
- Strong knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, including storefront, curtain wall, and unitized systems
- Reading blueprints, architectural plans, and technical shop drawings
