This organization has a programmatic JV with institutional equity, and is expanding their portfolio in the Midwest region. The incoming VP will play a key role in this group's growth and evolution.
The Vice President of Acquisitions will lead the sourcing of industrial deals in the Greater Chicago area.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A track record of sourcing and closing value-add industrial acquisitions.
- Business development/deal sourcing acumen.
- Ability to cultivate and leverage relationships among brokers and owners of industrial real estate.
