Mechanical Assembler

• Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and pneumatic schematics
• Hands-on skill using hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, drills, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to perform minor part modifications (drilling, tapping, milling, or fit-up adjustments)
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and gantries safely
• Comfortable using precision measuring devices in a metric environment
• Assemble and align mechanical subassemblies, frames, and systems following blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Install and test pneumatic and mechanical systems, performing modifications and adjustments as needed.
• Use precision tools (calipers, torque wrenches, metric scales) for machine leveling, alignment, and measurement accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and project leads to support troubleshooting, testing, and mechanical adjustments during build and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
• Maintain all required documentation and sign-offs during QC checkpoints.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining an organized and safe work area.
• Travel opportunities after 12–24 months for equipment installations
• Hourly Rate: $28.41 – $36.88/hour + Overtime Eligibility
• Travel Pay: 25% increase during installations + meal per diem
