Guardian West is hiring a Paint Loader/Unloader to load parts onto racks, inspect for imperfections, and unload completed racks after painting. This role requires strength, dexterity, and the ability to work around moving machinery.
You will operate lifting tasks, move heavy components, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a non climate-controlled facility. The position includes a 3-month pay progression, overtime as needed, and a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with
