SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic, hospital, or long-term care setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. Nurses may practice in general or specialty roles based on credentials, training, and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and document medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
- Perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice, including IV therapy, wound care, and post-procedure monitoring.
Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection as ordered. - Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as permitted by licensure
- Monitor IV sites for complications and maintain IV line care
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Follow all safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate may be certified and trained in one or more of the following:
- NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Cardiac Care
- Wound Care
- Orthopedic Care
- Pediatric Care
- Primary Care
- Palliative Care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Required certifications based on role and department.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, reposition, or assist patients as needed.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background screening if required.
- Details: shift type, weekend and holiday expectations, and on-call requirements.
- Pay range: $55 to $75 per hour; shift differentials. performance bonuses
- Higher pay and compensation will be offered to RNs with specialized clinical skills.
