AUTO OFFER – RN, Ortho/Med-Surg

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Trauma I experience required

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Illinois RN license
• BLS (CPR) required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Provide safe nursing care for ortho and med-surg patients, including assessment every shift
• Educate patients on wound care, mobility, self-care, medication, and care transitions
• Coordinate care with physicians and surgeons
• Delegate and monitor tasks of healthcare team staff
• Set up and manage ortho traction and surgical devices
• Manage wound appliances like wound vacs, drains, and urological devices
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols
• Support patient and staff safety
