Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• Minimum 12 months of role experience, with at least 12 months in the last 12 months.
• Medical Surgical Float Pool experience required.
• Experience with Epic required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience required.

Requirements:

• Illinois RN license required.
• May require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidate must live >50 miles from facility.
• Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Minimum 24 months between staff at the program:
  Right Sourcing Program – Carle Health.
• Must submit pre‑employment modules and any certifications or health documents to expedite onboarding.
• Driver’s license required.

Preferred Credentials:
- BSN

Weekend = EO or 3‑in‑6 weeks

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto‑offer position. You will likely not interview before receiving an offer, but an interview can be arranged upon request.
• All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
• Offers require a clear “Yes” or “No” response within 24 hrs, otherwise the offer is declined.
• Maximum 7 days time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 3.
