Role Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive ED patient assessments

Develop and implement patient-centered care plans

Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure patient and staff safety

Collaborate with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team

Participate in peer development and professional growth

Experience:

Minimum 3 years relevant ED nursing experience

Education:

ASN required (BSN preferred)

Licensure:  Active Illinois RN license
