Job Summary:
The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients for a designated time frame. The RN provides care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation of interventions, and continuous evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN also ensures patient and employee safety, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Illinois state RN License in good standing
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (American Heart Association)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Trauma level 2 or higher experience
- TNCC certification highly preferred
- EPIC experience required
Work Authorization : US Citizen
