Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Right Sourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
Right Sourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:

- Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Preferred Credentials:

- BSN preferred.

Unit Details:

- Provides direct care for CVMS patients, including post-op day one CABG, thoracotomy, and vascular surgery patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

- 5-6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

- Holiday shifts: department rotation.

Floating Requirements:

- Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites:
Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

7 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 3

2 references required from within the last 2 years
