• $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients
• Paid mileage
• Electronic medical record
• Fully supported by a team of Nurses
• Work at full capacity under a Home Nursing Services license and your team Nurse
• Nights, Evenings, Days, Weekends available

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Service the Champaign, Vermilion, and Piatt, Ford, Iroquois, Douglas, Edgar County Illinois areas
• Looking for all visit times weekdays and weekends

• 1 year previous caregiving experience
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset and financially rewarded. Proof of Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Current TB Screen, Occupational Medicine exam, UDA and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in USA to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
