Overview

Carle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Heart Failure Team at the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) in Urbana, Illinois.

• Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm; weekends/holidays
• Position includes blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital
• Experience working with cardiac patients preferred

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• APP experience preferred

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

The compensation range for this position is $60.72–$78.94 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
