• Perform treatments for patients.
• Conduct phone triage.
• Administer medications.
• Assist with employee education and orientation.
• Provide patient and family education to improve health outcomes.
• Involve family/significant others in planning healthcare and health decisions.
• Delegate and evaluate health care to assistive personnel according to the hospital plan for nursing.
• Recognize and advocate for each patient’s individual health needs.
• Provide considerate, respectful care affirming patients’ right to make decisions regarding their medical care.

• Commitment to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
