Clinical Role:

• Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p, pending credentialing and payer enrollment. Two breaks and lunch every day
• 5 Providers Requested
• No Weekends
• No Call
• # of physicians in group: 60+ CRNAs and 14 Anesthesiologists
• Patient Population:
  Mixed
• Procedures
  
  Required:
  
  Bread and Butter CRNA position;
  Mostly GA, rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases. No OB, hearts, or peds under 4
• Some GI, EP, IR
• 480 Beds in Facility
• Level I Trauma
• EMR:
  Epic
• Active IL license
  - Required
• Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS
  - Required
• NBCRNA – Required
