CRNA - Urbana, Illinois Permanent Illinois
Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a large, established anesthesia team. Join an autonomous and team-centered department of more than 60 CRNAs. Team performs more than 19,500 cases annually. Position is based at an established research and teaching hospital. Level I trauma center. Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week. No in-house call. Second call schedule includes 2 to 3 weekends per year, 1 holiday per year, and weekday call approximately once every 3 weeks.
Three CRNA subgroups cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases. Perform all surgical services except transplants and burns. CRNAs practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with anesthesiologists.
Candidate Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- Current Illinois CRNA license
- Ability to work autonomously in a team-centered anesthesia department
- Interest in a broad surgical case mix
- Comfortable collaborating with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range of $296,858 to $346,528
