• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• After training is completed, CNAs will float between departments as needed to optimize resident care.

The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)
