Role Overview

Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a 29-bed unit, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care. Performs assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, and documents nursing activities accurately. Ensures patient safety through adherence to safety protocols, medication administration using the 5 Rights, and prompt response to patient needs. Delegates tasks to healthcare team members and verifies completion.

Maintains effective communication within the healthcare team to promote coordination and patient safety, while offering constructive feedback to peers.

Must hold an active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. Complies with departmental competencies and documentation standards. Maintains a positive attitude and prioritizes patient safety at all times.
