We currently have a client in Urbana, IL looking for a Travel IR RN
- Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse!

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Interventional Radiology RN to use imaging guidance to perform procedures through the body’s vascular system to perform therapeutic procedures.

Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary) Shift: 5x8 Days.

Pay depends on location and experience.

• AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Work Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of experience

• Prepare patients for procedures, including checking vital signs
• Analyze lab results and medical history
• Provide education to the patient and family members
• Insert and remove IV lines
• Administer drugs, including conscious sedation drugs
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure
• Oversee the safety and comfort of patients
• Provide post-procedure monitoring
• All other responsibilities as needed
