Expected pay for this position is $46.05 – $61.02 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.
OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of an assigned clinical department. Ensures the provision of high quality care and services in accordance with Medical Center policy and regulatory requirements. Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
License/
Certifications:
Registered Nurse licensure in the current state.
Experience:
3–5 years progressively more responsible related work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
