- Cardiology job opportunity in Urbana, Illinois. The position is starting soon and is a locum tenens role.

Compensation: $85 - $110/hr your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. You may also be eligible to receive other taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits in addition to hourly rates. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.

Location:

Urbana, Illinois

Shifts:

Mon – Fri, 8-hour shifts — 7 am – 3:30 pm. One weekend per month — in-house rounding.

Patients: 12 – 15 inpatients per day. Inpatient cardiology rounding only — no outpatient clinic.

Requirements:
Ability to remove pericardial drains required. Ability to remove temporary transvenous pacemakers required. ACLS and BLS certification required. Patients include adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
