Job Title: RN UP - ED

Location: Illinois

Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients within a designated time frame. Utilizing the nursing process, trends, technology, and resources, the RN provides care aligned with the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and modification based on continuous evaluation. The RN ensures patient and employee safety, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to promote a healing environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience

• ASN

• Illinois state RN License in good standing

• BLS (American Heart Association)

• ACLS (American Heart Association)

• PALS (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN

• Trauma level 2 or higher experience

Additional Information:

• EPIC experience required

• TNCC highly preferred
