Key responsibilitiesInclude performing patient assessments, developing and modifying care plans, implementing nursing interventions, managing wound appliances and surgical devices, and coordinating with physicians and therapy teams.
QualificationsRequire an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.
SkillsNeeded include proficiency with wound care, medical devices, patient education, safety reporting, and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
Our unit emphasizes safe, comprehensive care, with resources such as educators, supervisors, and support staff. The nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:4-6, with an average patient stay of three days.
