Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources. The RN ensures patient safety, collaborates with healthcare teams, and maintains accurate documentation to support patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.
- ASN degree.
- Illinois state RN License in good standing.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
- PALS certification (American Heart Association).
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree.
- Trauma level 2 or higher experience.
- EPIC experience.
- TNCC certification highly preferred.
