Job Summary:
The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients. This includes utilizing the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. The RN ensures patient safety, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains accurate documentation to support the integration of information for the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Illinois state RN License in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (American Heart Association).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
