Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, trends, technology, and resources, the RN ensures high-quality care within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safety standards. Collaboration with colleagues and continuous professional development are integral to the role.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
• Illinois state RN License in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Additional Information:

• Works with ventilated patients for early mobility.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols.
