Associate Professor, Clinical Imaging Research

This role involves leading research in ultra-high field MRI, especially at 7T, focusing on translational and clinical neuroimaging, pharmacologic MRI, cancer imaging, or psychiatry.

Responsibilities include designing and managing research projects, acquiring and analyzing data, publishing findings, and presenting at scientific conferences. The candidate will establish and sustain an independent, externally-funded research program, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise students and fellows, and provide mentorship.

Qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Science, or related fields, with a proven track record in scientific research, peer-reviewed publications, and expertise in MRI procedures. Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements are essential.
