Compensation

Hourly wage: $18 - $31 per hour (minimum wage applicable at location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
