New Business Acquisition & Hunting
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts across the United States.

- Lead complex negotiations with the confidence that our pricing and operational support will secure the win.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven, quota-carrying sales experience hunting and closing new enterprise accounts in freight forwarding.
- Proven experience selling core logistics services; familiarity with Warehousing, LTL, or Customs Brokerage is essential.
- A demonstrated "hunter" mentality with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to thrive in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
