First Cash in the United States is seeking an entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate at our pawn stores nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $18.00 plus an easily achievable commission structure on every transaction.
Associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, on top of hourly pay. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, paid vacation after six months, Earned Wage Access, and access to First Cash Perks.
