A day in the life
You start your week based out of Montgomery, IL, 60538. A flight takes you to a customer where a 1980s-era EDM sinker needs a precision calibration. By mid-morning, you have the cabinet open, tracing electrical schematics, meter in one hand and O-scope in the other. You isolate a fault, swap components, re-terminate a harness with clean solder work, and bring the machine back up.
After lunch, you run preventative checks, dial in parameters, and confirm compliance with Nuclear & Aerospace Standards. Before you leave, you brief the customer, update service records and inventory, and catch a late flight to tomorrow’s install. This is service done right—and you are the face of the company.
