Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Urbana, IL is actively seeking a full-time Entry‑Level HVAC Technician to provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
Service tech position earns $20 - $25/hour, based on skills, experience, and performance. Day in the LifeAs a service tech, you will be career‑minded, take pride in your work, communicate with customers about their HVAC systems, and perform maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
Qualifications- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Tech‑savvy.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; HVAC Tech School Certificate a plus; EPA and/or NATE Certified ideal.
Entry‑level tech works Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with on‑call rotation until 10pm at the latest.
