Prairie Green Apartments is looking for a skilled and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. Whether it's restoring a resident's comfort, preparing an apartment for its next move-in, or keeping our community looking its best, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.

What You'll Do- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through apartment turns and punch work
- Assist with grounds maintenance and overall community appearance
- Participate in snow removal and other seasonal property needs
- Share in an on-call rotation and assist with weekend maintenance responsibilities as needed
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience , preferably in multifamily housing or a related field
- HVAC certification preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
