Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking a Crisis Support Specialist to manage the 24/7 Crisis Line, coordinate crisis care admissions, and conduct family intakes and exits. You will connect families with community resources, document services, and communicate with staff and partners while following trauma-informed, family-centered practices.
This is a full-time, first-shift role based in Urbana, IL, with on-call duties and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance with agency standards.
