Schedule: Full-time, fully in-office

A Top 20 Global Freight Forwarder is expanding its presence near ORD and building a brand-new Air Export Operations team
. This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class logistics leader during a growth phase and play a key role in supporting international air export freight movements.

• Manage day-to-day air export operations from booking to final departure
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams
• Prepare and review export documentation, tracking, and milestone updates
• Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth, on-time cargo movement
• Maintain compliance with export regulations and company procedures

• 1+ years experience in international freight forwarding
• Familiarity with Cargo Wise
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Up to $30/hr
