Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure proper working order and report safety issues.;
Safely operate the heavy truck along designated routes to service customers as identified on the route sheet or by the dispatcher.;
Load refuse and operate the compactor and dispose of material at the designated facility.;
Interact courteous with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely and professional service.;
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers according to departmental procedures.
