The Role
- Assist with tooling trials, process improvements, and new product launches.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams on the shop floor.
- Help coordinate tooling schedules, supplier activities, and project timelines.
- Engineering degree or hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Interest in tooling, manufacturing processes, or production environments.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar is beneficial.
- Motivated individual looking for long-term progression within engineering or manufacturing.
