Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations in the Converting department to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and support production teams, enforce safety and quality requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance including customer service, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Lead by example in a values-driven culture, aligning teams with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Supervise daily production operations to meet output, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Plan and assign work, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing or processes to meet production demands.
• Ensure employees are properly trained and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production and quality performance, addressing issues, defects, and performance gaps in a timely manner.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate production reports and communicate performance, issues, and improvement actions to leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a safety- and quality-driven manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems using structured methods.
• Proficiency in production systems, ERP/MRP, and Microsoft Office.
