Now Hiring Molder Operator
Location: Urbana, OH
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of tools used by Mold Technicians
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Above-average math skills
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisions in time-sensitive situations
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly learn production processes and equipment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to climb onto production equipment and work at elevated heights using lifts
- Ability to frequently use hand tools and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as business needs require
- Prepare, install, monitor, and change production molds on manufacturing lines
- Verify molds have completed preventative maintenance before installation
- Inspect molds, inserts, clamps, hydraulic lines, air lines, and related components before installation
- Clean production platens and prepare equipment for mold changes
- Monitor production equipment and respond to machine alarms to troubleshoot issues
- Assist with production line startups and shutdowns
- Perform material and color changeovers while ensuring proper line clearances
- Verify materials are labeled, stored, and covered properly
- Repair minor hydraulic issues and oil leaks as needed
- Assist with automation repairs, IML changeovers, and basic equipment maintenance
- Support production staff with packaging and material handling when needed
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF food safety requirements, and company safety policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
