Custom Staffing in Ohio is seeking a dependable Production Associate for the 3rd shift to help keep our manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently. You will monitor processing specifications, operate testing equipment, and provide essential maintenance support under minimal supervision.
The role includes about one week of paid training on the 1st shift before you transition, and you will follow daily production schedules across the Pulp Plant, Processing, Packaging and Blending areas
