Safety Specialist

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking a Safety Specialist to champion workplace safety in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. You will develop and deliver safety training, maintain documentation, and partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment and process safety. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building a safety-first culture across our global baking solutions organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safety programs across manufacturing operations
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations
• Develop, update, and deliver safety training for employees and supervisors
• Maintain safety documentation, records, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve equipment and process safety
• Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across all departments
