Assembly / Production Associate

$22.87 per Hour

Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our overnight production team. This role involves assembling products, inspecting quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards
• Package finished products for shipment or further processing
• Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
• Lift 25 to 50 pounds to waist level
• Lift up to 25 pounds above shoulder level
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
