In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by supervising quality control activities, managing inspection processes, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols to maintain product quality.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and lead corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
- Proven experience of 6+ years in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools to monitor quality metrics and drive improvements.
- Experience with quality control software and tools relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing quality control teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies.
