Full‑time Retail Sales position at Walmart with immediate hire. Sell NRG electricity and gas services to customers in a retail environment. Offer first sale bonus and paid training.

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and offer solutions politely.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable work station.
• Submit all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to attendance and compliance requirements.
• No door‑to‑door selling, cold calling, or telemarketing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Ability to accurately track and report all activity to Retail Operations.
