Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service, solving plumbing problems, and building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to meet you.

Pay Range: $24 per hour - $35 per hour plus Commissions = $50k - $75k per year

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing and repairing residential plumbing systems
• Ability to communicate repair options clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and water lines
• Locate and repair water leaks and drain issues
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and replacement options when appropriate
• Complete accurate invoices, notes, and photos using a tablet
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Follow all company safety standards and plumbing codes
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call
