This role offers two engaging options: a full-time position serving preschool and early elementary students (approx. 50 students) or a part-time opening (three and a half days per week) focusing on K-12 students with autism (approx. 32 students) across Urbana and West Liberty. Qualifications:- Active SLP license and ASHA CCC required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with preschool/elementary or K-12 autistic populations beneficial
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop IEPs and implement targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
- Document progress and attend interdisciplinary meetings
- Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student on your caseload
