This role offers two engaging options: a full-time position serving preschool and early elementary students (approx. 50 students) or a part-time opening (three and a half days per week) focusing on K-12 students with autism (approx. 32 students) across Urbana and West Liberty. Both assignments provide a unique opportunity to work with diverse student populations, broadening your experience and enhancing your clinical expertise in speech therapy.

Qualifications:
  • Active SLP license and ASHA CCC required
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with preschool/elementary or K-12 autistic populations beneficial
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop IEPs and implement targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
  • Document progress and attend interdisciplinary meetings
  • Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student on your caseload
