We are seeking a talented individual to join our Revenue & Compliance team at Marsh
. This role will be based in Urbandale and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of six days per month in the office.
As an Invoice Compliance Analyst
, you will combine technical rigour with cross‑functional collaboration, auditing revenue documentation, partnering with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and driving process improvements. Your work will have visibility across the organization, with opportunities to present findings to leadership and mentor junior colleagues along the way.
- Audit revenue documentation and reconcile client records to ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX, SSAE 16, tax regulations, and US/local GAAP.
- Collaborate with the internal business partners to acquire/update missing or inaccurate documentation to complete audit.
- Prepare or analyze accounting reports and consolidated statements to reconcile the revenue for client records, presenting findings to client teams and senior managers as needed.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of internal accounting policies and onshore/offshore team transitions; may include process improvements for revenue review and invoicing functions.
- Review and guide the work of junior accountants and offshore staff.
- Provide functional advice and training to colleagues and client teams as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; an Associate’s degree with relevant experience is also considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for reconciliations and compliance reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work on time in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Oracle experience.
