Work Model:

• Hybrid
• Typically, 5-50+ payments per day
• Higher-volume days may create next-day backlog

What You Will Do:

• Post payments to the correct policy or invoice
• Research and apply payments, including unassigned or unclear transactions
• Investigate and follow up on missing or duplicate payments
• Recalculate daily cash balances and review daily cash activity
• Communicate with providers using lockbox systems via email or phone

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• No prior accounting experience needed
• Background in payment posting or remittance processing is a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency required, including functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIFS
• Accounts payable experience is not required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
