• Retrieve commission statements from carrier portals.
• Prepare commission files and calculate commission override and bonus payments.
• Reconcile commission statements with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from agents and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Collaborate with Accounting and internal teams to resolve reporting issues.
• Manage shared team inboxes and provide excellent customer support.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in commissions, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in the financial services, insurance, or annuity industry.
• Experience reconciling financial data and working with commission statements.
• Familiarity with commission calculations, bonus processing, and general ledger reconciliation.
